Billing questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. The free plan works without one, and the daily limit is applied per day rather than as a trial that expires.
What happens when I hit the daily limit?
Free stops at 3 scans a day and Pro at 50. Your log, history and saved recipes keep working — only new scans stop until tomorrow.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from your billing page at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and there is nothing to cancel by email.
Do you offer refunds?
If something is not working as described, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will sort it out.
What currencies can I pay in?
Cards are charged in USD. Your bank may convert to your local currency and apply its own rate.
